REGISTRATION FEES
Participants to the Conference can choose between two registration fees: an All inclusive registration or a Basic registration.
The All inclusive registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, the congress bag, the Syllabus, 4 coffee breaks, 3 lunches and 2 or 3 nights at a four-star hotel located at a walking distance from the congress venue.
The Basic registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, the congress bag, the Syllabus, 4 coffees breaks, 3 lunches. Accommodation and dinners are not included.
Basic registration fee € 600,00 includes:
• Admission to all Scientific Sessions
• Congress bag
• Syllabus
• Coffee breaks and quick lunches
Basic registration for young delegates € 350,00 includes:
• Admission to all Scientific Sessions
• Congress bag
• Syllabus
• Coffee breaks and quick lunches
Note:
The registration fee will increase by 20% after July 15th, 2009
The registration fee will increase by 25% on site
Delegate conference package (2 nights) € 960,00 includes:
• Basic Registration fee
• 2 nights in 4 star hotel (breakfast is included)
• 2 dinners at the hotel restaurant
Delegate conference package (3 nights) € 1.200,00 includes:
• Basic Registration fee
• 3 nights in 4 star hotel accommodation (breakfast is included)
• 3 dinners at the hotel restaurant
Conference package for young delegates* € 864,00 all inclusive fee includes:
• Basic Registration fee
• 3 nights in 3 star hotel accommodation (breakfast is included)
• 3 dinners at the hotel restaurant
* Applicants must be under 35 years at course time and EFSUMB/SIMIT/SIUMB/SIRM/AISF members.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Organising Secretariat. Refunds will be processed after the Congress.
Requests for refunds made after the Congress will not be considered
Refund of registration fees:
• cancellations on or before June 15, 2009: 10% will be withheld
• cancellations between June 15 and August 15, 2009: 30% of the registration fee will be withheld
• cancellations after August 15: no refund
